Our rates include Moroccan breakfast and are based on an occupation of 2 persons / room. Our rates are expressed in euro and include VAT 20%. The billing is done in Moroccan dirhams. The applied Exchange rate is calculated on the basis of the rate for the six months preceeding the current semester.

A local tax of 15 dh per night and person is to be added to the room rate as well as the tourist promotion of 8 dh per night and per person, fee be 23 dh. These taxes are fully re-credited to the municipality of Marrakech and the Moroccan National Tourist Office.

Payments may be made in cash (euros or dirhams) or by credit card (+ 4% extra charge for banking Centre Committee).

- More than 30 days before arrival-> a fee of 50 € will be retained on the deposit.
- Between 30 days to 8 days before arrival-> 50% of the amount of the stay will be withheld.
- Less than 8 days before arrival and no show-> all (100%) of the amount of the stay will be payable.

A valid passport is required for entry to Morocco.
